The following pages will provide information on what the ACTA provides and what the team member is to provide.

 

NOTE:

All team members will have 28 days to respond to the team offer or it will be offered to the next available person.

All nomination fees for International events will be paid and organised by the ACTA where possible. This includes individual nominations for World Events.

 

Travelling World Teams

World DTL and World Sporting Clays

An information pack will be provided to the successful team member.

Letter of Offer Funding as approved Australian Representative Offer Team Member Agreement Permit to shoot in visiting country Uniform Travel insurance total including firearm up to $20,000 Terms and conditions Cost of team and individual nominations for World event only Team Manager to be appointed Miscellaneous items to give away Refund on permit Plaque to be presented to hosting country As much information on the event as possible

Return signed agreement and representative forms by due date Return uniform specified requirements Inform the ACTA if using an external supplier (and who) for your shooting jacket and provide a receipt Complete a permit application and send to relevant body for processing Complete own custom import/export paperwork Pay and organise own nominations for all events outside the world event Provide black trousers/skirt (not jeans) and black shoes or boots to wear with uniform provided for all official functions, opening and closing ceremonies and also presentations, dinners or otherwise stated by your team manager Book own travel, accommodation and car rental Gun insurance if required over $20,000 Ensure you meet the team member agreement for payment of team funding upon return from event

World Teams at Home (non travelling teams)

An information pack will be provided to the successful team member.

Return signed agreement and representative forms by due date Return uniform specified requirements Inform the ACTA if using an external supplier (and who) for your shooting jacket and provide a receipt Pay and organise own nominations for all events outside the world event Provide black trousers/skirt (not jeans) and black shoes or boots to wear with uniform provided for all official functions, opening and closing ceremonies and also presentations, dinners or otherwise stated by your team manager Book own travel, accommodation and car rental Gun insurance Ensure you meet the team member agreement
