Cancellations 
When making a direct reservation with the ACTA, you acknowledge and agree that all reservations and deposits are accepted subject to the following cancellation policy guidelines.

Cancellation Policy 
Full payment for reservations made will only be refunded if you notify the ACTA of your cancellation at least 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

If you provide less than the required period of notice of cancellation your payment will not be refunded

Early Departures 
The ACTA does not refund money should you cut short your reservation.

Failure to Notify of Cancellation 
If you do not notify the ACTA of your cancellation as above, you will not be entitled to a refund.
